个人履历：
郭峻峰：经管实战专家，华立仪表集团原董事、总裁，浙江大学管理学院实践教授、硕士生导师，浙大MBA校友导师，教授级高级工程师，管理科学与工程博士，浙江省职业经理人协会副会长，浙江工业大学兼任教授、中国计量大学客座教授，浙江省作家协会会员，中国诗歌学会会员。荣获：浙江省摄影家协会会员杭州市“131”中青年人才、浙江省第二届金马奖杰出职业经理人称号，2014年度全国电子行业杰出企业家称号。浙江大学1995级MBA校友，浙江大学管理学院2001级管理科学与工程博士。1990年-2001年，历任东方通信股份有限公司手机分厂生产部经理、企业技术中心副主任、事业部营销副总经理、终端营销事业部总经理、战略规划部总经理及东方通信股份有限公司副总裁；2001年11月-2004年2月，中国普天信息产业集团公司，担任总裁助理兼战略发展部总经理及集团下属北京普天太力科技公司总经理；2004年2-2009年11月，担任韵升控股集团有限公司董事、总经理兼任其下属子公司董事、总经理、党委书记，集团下属上市公司董事和常务副总经理；2009年12月，任华立仪表集团股份有限公司董事、总裁；2010年10月，任浙江华智控股股份有限公司董事、总裁；2012年9月，任中共华立仪表集团股份有限公司委员会，党委书记。2019年1月25日-2021年4月1日，任哈尔斯公司总裁、董事及董事会战略委员会委员的职务。曾兼任浙江华康605077、炬华科技300360等上市公司独立董事。
Guo Junfeng: Practical expert in economics and management, former director and president of Holley Instrument Group, practical professor and master's tutor of the School of Management of Zhejiang University, MBA alumni tutor of Zhejiang University, professor-level senior engineer, doctor of management science and engineering, vice president of Zhejiang Professional Managers Association, adjunct professor of Zhejiang University of Technology, visiting professor of China Jiliang University, member of Zhejiang Writers Association, member of Chinese Poetry Society. Won: member of Zhejiang Photographers Association, Hangzhou "131" young and middle-aged talents, the second Golden Horse Award of Zhejiang Province Outstanding Professional Manager, 2014 National Electronics Industry Outstanding Entrepreneur title. He is an MBA alumnus of Zhejiang University in 1995 and a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering in 2001 from the School of Management, Zhejiang University. From 1990 to 2001, he successively served as the manager of the production department, the deputy director of the enterprise technology center, the deputy general manager of the marketing department, the general manager of the terminal marketing department, the general manager of the strategic planning department of the mobile phone branch of Dongfang Communications Co., Ltd., and the vice president of Dongfang Communications Co., Ltd.; From November 2001 to February 2004, he served as the assistant to the president and the general manager of the strategic development department of China Potevio Information Industry Group Corporation and the general manager of Beijing Potevio Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the group. From February 2004 to November 2009, he served as the director and general manager of Yunsheng Holding Group Co., Ltd., and concurrently served as the director, general manager and secretary of the party committee of its subsidiaries, and the director and executive deputy general manager of the listed companies under the group; In December 2009, he was appointed as the director and president of Holley Instrument Group Co., Ltd.; In October 2010, he was appointed as the director and president of Zhejiang Huazhi Holding Co., Ltd.; In September 2012, he was appointed as the Secretary of the Party Committee of the CPC Huali Instrument Group Co., Ltd. From January 25, 2019 to April 1, 2021, he served as the president, director and member of the strategy committee of the board of directors of Hals Company.
