个人履历：
周诚忠：知名医院管理培训师，美国GEC授权培训师，复旦大学医院管理项目特聘教授，中国人民大学培训学院、清华大学继续教育学院、南京大学商学院医药EMBA等知名院校客座教授，中国培训师大联盟医药行业特约讲师。曾任西安杨森医院销售明星、销售主管、地区经理、培训经理。在西安杨森的业务拓展及医院客户开发中积累了丰富的经验，所辖区域业务飞速增长；在员工培训方面成绩突出，是杨森最受学员欢迎的培训师，培训了大批销售及管理精英。后出任美国惠氏白宫制药公司（原苏州立达）全国培训经理，为惠氏打造了培训体系，创建了地区销售经理，销售主管，和医药代表的“阶梯式系列培训课程”，培养了多名成功的主管和销售明星，使员工素质及实战技能显著提高。后来一直致力于医院运营管理的研究与培训工作。

He used to be a sales star, sales executive, regional manager and training manager of Xi'an Janssen Hospital. He has accumulated rich experience in business development and hospital customer development in Xi'an Janssen, and the business in the area under his jurisdiction has grown rapidly; He has outstanding achievements in staff training, and is the most popular trainer of Janssen, training a large number of sales and management elites. Later, he served as the national training manager of Wyeth White House Pharmaceutical Company (formerly Suzhou Rieter), created a training system for Wyeth, created a "step-by-step series of training courses" for regional sales managers, sales executives, and medical representatives, and cultivated a number of successful supervisors and sales stars, so that the quality and practical skills of employees were significantly improved.
